Floor Safety Guidelines

• All flooring surfaces are non-slippery and free of pits and dents.
• Ensured that extinguishers, sprinklers, or fire exits are never blocked and is easily accessible.
• Designated areas to store empty pallets are marked.
• The Stack height is always limited to six feet.

Scissor Lift Guidelines

• Employees who will be using scissor lifts are trained and licensed by the appropriate authority.
• Training is provided to all warehouse employees on all automated/mechanical lift equipment.
• All lift vehicles are required to rope off the area in which they are working using either YELLOW caution ribbon or RED danger tape.
• Weekly TPM Checklist is done to check the operational quality of the Scissor Lifts.
• Scissor Lift - Practical Skills Evaluation is done every quarter for the lift operators.
